Hi! My name is Sara Pawloski and I’m the Playworks Coach at Adelante Elementary School. I’m really excited about the new school year and the Junior Coach Program.

The goal of the Junior Coach Program is to enhance students understanding of how a single individual can affect a whole group or system, and to inspire character development that balances individuals student's gains with what is mutually beneficial for the whole school.
