Hola, mi nombre es Isabel Fernández.  He trabajado en el Distrito Escolar de Redwood City desde 1994.  Mi primer año en la Escuela Adelante fue en 2000.  He sido maestra de salón de clase del primer grado al tercer grado.  También he sido Especialista de Lectura para mejorar la lectura de los alumnos de Kinder a sexto grado.

Nací en España y me siento muy afortunada ser bilingüe. ¡Estoy orgullosa de trabajar en la Escuela Adenlante ayudando a nuestros alumnos a ser bilingües también! 

Hello, my name is Isabel Fernandez.  I have worked in the Redwood City School District since 1994.  My first year at Adelante School was in 2000.  I have been a classroom teacher for grades 1st through 3rd.  I have also worked as a Reading Specialist to improve student’s reading skills in grades Kinder through 6th.

I was born in Spain and feel fortunate to be bilingual. I am proud to work at Adelante School helping our students become bilingual too!
