El propósito del código de vestir es:
Crear un sentido de comunidad y sentirse orgulloso de la escela.
Promover un mejor ambiente para el aprendizaje y reducir las distracciones que la ropa común representa.
Promover un ambiente seguro en nuestra escuela e identificar fácilmente a las personas que no asisten a ala escuela Adelante.
Promover un ambiente sano y seguro para los estudiantes, la ropa que usan no se puede afiliar o relacionar con alguna pandilla.
El código de vestir de la Escuela Adelante incluye las siguientes prendas de vestir en cualquier combinación:
Pantalón, pantalón corto, overol, falda o falda pantalón, en colores azul marino, negro o caqui. (Los pantalones de mezclilla en color negros son permitidos, pero no en azul.) No se permiten pantalones blancos. No se permite usar pantalones de mezclilla abajo de las pantaloneras.
Los pantalones deben de ir a la cintura (no mostrar la ropa interior).
Camisa o camiseta de manga larga o corta en blanco, amarrillo, azul marino con el logotipo de la escuela o sin el (Las camisas y camisetas deben tener manga y cubrir el estómago).
Camisetas con los logotipos autorizados por la escuela como carrera de diversión, educación al aire libre, programa DARE.
Pantalón deportivo negro o azul marino (lisos o con el logotipo del jaguar).
Zapatos, tenis cerrados con suela de hule sin tacón, apropiados para jugar en el patio y participar en educación fisica.
Calcetas o tobilleras colores blanca, beige, café, amarillo, negra y en colores azules.
Suéter o sudaderas en colores blanco, beige, café, amarillo, negro y colores azules (Cualquier logo que esté a la vista debe ser aprobado por la directora).
Gorras (estilo safari, pescador y de béisbol) sin ningún logotipo, colores sólidos blanco, beige, café, amarillo, negro y en colores azul. Las gorras deben usarse con la visera hacia enfrente y retirarse dentro de los salones de clases.
No se permite el rolor rojo.
Nostros esperamos que todos los estudiantes de Adelante adopten la póliza del código de vestir, no habrá excepciones. Lo estudiantes que lleguen a la escuela con alguna ropa que no corresponda al código de vestir serán enviados a la oficina, donde llamaran a su casa para que les lleven un cambió de ropa o se cambiaran con la ropa que esta disponible en la oficina de la escuela, la devolverán limpia al siguiente día. En caso de que la ropa no sea devuelta, se enviara una factura a la casa. Esta será enviada a los padres que tendrán que firmarla y devolverá al siguiente día a la escuela.
Los representantes de Concilio Estudiantil designaran días de vestir libre.
La escuela proveerá asistencia a discreción a las familias que nesecitan ayuda. Los formularios están disponibles en la oficina de la escuela.
The intent of the dress code policy is to:
Create a sense of community and school pride.
Promote a better learning environment by reducing the distractions that "status" clothing may represent.
Promote a safer school environment by making it easy to identify those that do not attend Adelante school.
Promote the health and safety of our children if the clothing they wear cannot be perceived as gang related regalia.
Adelante School's dress code includes the following articles of clothing in any combination:
Pants, shorts, culottes, or jumpers in solid colors: navy, black, or khaki. (Black jeans are allowed, but not blue jeans. White pants are not allowed. Students are not allowed to wear jeans under their sweat pants.)
Pants that are worn at the waist (no underwear showing).
Short or long sleeved shirts in white, navy, black, or yellow, with or without the school logo. (Shirts must have sleeves and cover the stomach.)
School sanctioned t-shirts like Fun Run, Outdoor Ed., or DARE logos.
Sweat pants and shirts in navy or black (plain or with jaguar logo).
Sneakers or closed-toed rubber-soled shoes with no heels, that are suitable for PE or the playground.
Socks and tights in white, beige, natural, yellow, black, or blue colors.
Sweaters and sweatshirts in white, beige, natural, yellow, black, or blue colors. Any logos on outerwear must be approved by the principal.
Hats (safari or wide brim, bucket, fisherman, baseball, knit) in solid white, beige, yellow, black, or blue colors. Must e worn with the bill forward and removed when indoors.
The color red is not allowed.
We expect all Adelante students to adopt this dress code policy without waiver exemptions. Students arriving in street clothes will be sent to the office and will be asked to call home for a change of clothing or change into clothing available at school, and then return the clothing cleaned the next day. Should the clothing not be returned, a bill will be sent home. A letter will go home for parents to sign and return to school the next day.
The Student Council throughout the year will select special "free"dress days.
The school will provide assistance to families who demonstrate to the school that hardship exists. Assistance forms are available from the school office.
